LG Part 2
Lot of LG VIewty owners were anxious to know if i got the new LG Secret replacement phone….well …here it is guys!
I went to LG Msia on Tue to collect the phone at their newly renovated service center. I must say the new look and lighthing overall is a vast improvement. The last time i visited the service center (3 months back) the lights were dim and the walls were barren plus their HUGE PLASMA/LCD TV was also not working. KUDOS to whoever it is who took the charge and made the improvement.
Ms Azratul personally came to meet me and to handle the replacement and this is a real good example of service representation! Its not very often that you get to meet with the people handling your case, especially the executives/managers level.
LG Malaysia just restored my faith in the customer service just when i was about to give up. To be fair to LG, they did mentioned that the auto shutdown on the LG Viewty is not a common one and it only applies to some of the launch models. They are getting the unit back to korea for diagnostics along with the video clip i posted on youtube.
Now before all of you viewty owners who had the auto shutdown problem rush back to LG and quote my case, here is my advice
1) Try all avenues to fix your phone first: Get LG to update the software/hardware
2) Record a video clip of the problem as a proof AFTER LG malaysia service your phone.
Overall, im very satisfied with the whole experience in dealing with LG and this will definetely be the reason why im getting another LG mobile phone next time!! ( my wife is using the new LG Secret, im using a crummy old v3….now if only LG got some trade in program……hhmmmm)
KUDOS again to LG and a BIG THANK YOU to everyone in LG. If you guys keep this up, im sure more and more people will buy your products !
